Do you want to know whether your mail is still sitting on the post office's dock, or if it is ready for delivery?
When we address your mail piece, we insert an extra code within the barcode. At every point in the mail system when the piece is scanned by sorting equipment, it registers that the piece was read, and transmits the information to a website. You are given a website and password which allows you to track your mail from any computer connected to the internet, 24/7! You can track your mailing down to the individual mail piece, to the point where it is given to the mail carrier for delivery.
You get the peace of mind of knowing that your mailing has been delivered. You can determine when your mail is hitting in different geographic areas. You can have a better idea when the calls will come, and plan your staffing accordingly.
The cost is $10 per thousand (a penny per mail piece) with a $50 minimum. On very large mailings, you have the option to track only selected pieces in the mailing. (for example, one per zip code or carrier route, or 1 in 10 pieces). You pay only for the number of pieces tracked.
